Students in Mrs. Schafer's Foods classes enjoyed an end of year treat with the pork grilling lab. Thanks to a generous grant provided by the Illinois Pork Producers, they enjoyed baby back ribs, pork steak and pork burgers. They learned a life skill and got to enjoy some pretty tasty food.

📚🎭 Students in Literature II at ACHS recently brought Shakespeare to life through activities centered around *Julius Caesar*!🎭📚

Students had the opportunity to recite Marc Antony’s famous “Friends, Romans, Countrymen” speech, showcasing their public speaking and interpretation skills. They also created creative and informative “Trading Cards” featuring characters from the play, highlighting character traits, alliances, and important details from the story.

Great job to our students for their creativity, effort, and engagement with this classic work of literature! 👏📝
