On March 24 and 25, the ACHS Softball team played in a tournament in Kentucky. Approximately 15 minutes into the trip, one of the buses tire’s blew. The softball team left school after second hour to make it to their first game at 5:30 PM. After that game, the team sat out for a game and then played again at 8:30 PM, which would then close the night for them. The next day, Saturday, the girls played again at 10:00 AM and then again at 11:30 AM. If you want to watch the girls in action, they have games the rest of this week, Tuesday 28th, Thursday 30th, and Saturday, April 1st.
Also on Saturday, April 1st is the annual Mr. Indian Pageant. The Mr. Indian pageant begins at 7:00 PM. The contestants include Collin York, Sam Childerson, Jacob Crow, Jesus Flores, Fernando Romo, Steve Bain, and Austin Wendling. Events that the contestants perform in are formal wear, swimwear, a group dance, talents, and an interview. The Mr. Indian Pageant is a fundraiser for Post Prom, so good luck and hope to see everyone there Saturday!
Another fundraiser for Post Prom, Joe’s Pasta Fundraiser, is being held this Sunday, April 2, at the Carriage House Event Center from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Adult tickets are $9.00, child tickets are $6.00, and ages three and under are free.

The girls have track meets on Tuesday 28th and on Friday 31st.
